Grounds Maintenance may or may not include mowing, edging, installations of plants/greenery, irrigation, and herbicide/pesticide application. We partner with several local companies that help us to obtain the best plan for you and assist with scheduling if we are not directly equipped to take care of it ourselves. We are your one stop shop for all your grounds maintenance needs! Currently, we are only servicing commercial and/or public spaces.
Interior and exterior window cleaning to include repelling if needed. Specializing in commercial window cleaning to include buildings over 5+stories high. Please ask us about hard water stains as we highly recommend several products to assist in removing hard water stains for both commercial and residential windows. Buffers may occasionally be used for those tough stains.
Exterior Windows
We use a 5-stage de-ionized cleaning system with a spot free rinse. This ensures that a residue is not left and minimizes the potential for collection of dust and debris.
Interior Windows
We use a 3-step process to include scrubbing using a low allergen soap, and squeegee using scratch-reducing silicon - all edges of the glass are carefully detailed with lint-free cloths.

Vandalism and graffiti are rapidly increasing and although we may sometimes be able to overlook a “little” graffiti there comes a point where it needs to be removed. We can remove graffiti using specialized chemicals and or power washers but when that doesn’t work, we can also repaint/paint over the areas. Vandalism may or may not involve broken glass, interior damages to buildings and or office spaces, and in some cases a cleanup of biohazard materials.
